The 10.1-inch Aspire One is Acer’s first Android-D250 netbook. The manufacturer uses the Smartphone OS does not solo, but as a dual operating system in conjunction with Windows. Users are therefore able to choose whether their windows or the resource-saving Android to be loaded.
The Acer Aspire One D250 is ready for surfing and chatting or e-mail access with its Android in just 12 seconds. Furthermore, the system takes off, the manufacturer, only 1 second. From the Android system out of the Windows OS can be loaded. The boot sequence the user can decide at any time and change.
The dual-boot system with Android will be available in the future as a standard in the higher-priced netbooks starting from around 330 euros for. Very cheap models in the price range of under 300 is not equipped with Android. Acer saves in this case, a license fee.
Acer D250 Android
Android is a free, open source mobile platform that can be fully tailored to individual needs. It is particularly suitable for the rapid development of Internet and surfing the web.
